"My husband Ben and I would like to wholeheartedly recommend the Aistrop Group for anyone who is considering buying or selling a home. We sold our home in Kissimmee with them a little over a year ago when we needed a serious change in location but weren’t sure we would be able to get our house ready to sell while simultaneously finding a place to rent closer to where we ideally wanted to live. They made that process so easy and quick for us.
However, this review is about purchasing our new home just this past month in October 2017. When we decided to start looking again in March, there was no doubt in our mind who we would call. We approached the buying process slowly, not sure if we were ready to buy again, but Irena and Suzanne never once pressured us about any of our decisions. While Irena and Suzanne happily showed us dozens of homes, where I really feel like one of their most exceptional strengths lies compared to other realtors (and I felt this way during the selling process last year too) was when we were under contract to purchase the house we had finally chosen.
Because we chose to buy a very old house and went under contract days before a major hurricane, the contract process was stressful! Timelines had to change due to power outages, and the old home itself had a lot of quirks we needed to identify which required a lot of visits with contractors to inspect the home, which had to be done quickly and flexibly. Suzanne was able to manage the schedule and get contractors in the home quickly and efficiently so we could do the inspections we needed during our short inspection period.
Buying a home is a very emotional process, and there are a lot of decisions that have to be made along the way. Irena was always there to walk us through the process. She is so patient and will thoroughly make sure you know exactly what you are getting into and are forewarned of any potential risks. She’s been selling real estate for a long time and knows exactly what to watch out for — and would call us to make sure we knew what it was we were looking at during each stage of the purchase.
This helped completely demystify the process, and she consistently followed up to help us stay aware of timelines and what we needed to accomplish as buyers by certain deadlines. It was truly an invaluable service.

I have never had the need of a Realtor prior to this time and I wasn’t sure where to start so I asked for referrals from friends, friends of friends and read reviews online. From the research I conducted on these referrals and a handful of highly rated online reviews I chose several to interview based on their interest in helping the client not their bottom line. "I was notified by the Aistrop team as really a cold call to see if they could help me many years after we bought a house through the Watson group. As luck would have it I had made the decision to sell a house I had bought in 2005. The help in getting the house ready and at its best for showing was above and beyond what I could have expected especially since I live in North Carolina and can’t get to Florida very often.
