When it comes to selling a Florida home from abroad, presentation is everything. For UK homeowners, the right photography and marketing for selling a home can mean the difference between sitting on the market and securing multiple offers in record time.

1. Photography & Marketing Packages
The photography and marketing a seller receives depends on the marketing package chosen, which is directly tied to the commission level agreed upon. The larger the marketing package, the greater the exposure your home will receive — and with greater exposure comes a higher likelihood of attracting interested buyers.
The goal, of course, is to generate multiple offers, creating healthy competition and potentially driving up the final sale price.
2. The Photoshoot
A photoshoot’s duration varies depending on the size of the home and the chosen marketing package. A small home might take just two hours to photograph, while a larger home with a full package could take the better part of a day.
Where possible, we encourage homeowners to ensure the property is completely ready and that no one is present during the photoshoot. This allows the photographer to work efficiently and ensures no distractions or accidental photo appearances. Remember, these photos will represent your home to the world — making a strong first impression is essential.
3. Basic Photography
Our most affordable marketing package includes a suite of high-resolution professional photos of the home and community amenities. Each room is photographed from several angles to highlight the property’s best features.
Typically, garages and closets are not photographed unless they have built-in storage or special features, making them ideal temporary storage spaces for any clutter.

4. Additional Photography Options
More comprehensive marketing packages include advanced visual features such as drone photography, slideshow videos, 3D interactive walk-through tours, and twilight photography.
Homes with a Zillow 3D tour and video receive higher rankings on Zillow’s search results, improving visibility among buyers. Twilight photography, meanwhile, adds a striking, atmospheric quality that helps a home stand out online.
Drone imagery is especially valuable for properties with attractive surroundings, larger lots, or beautiful views — helping potential buyers appreciate the home’s location and scale before ever stepping inside.
5. Basic Marketing
Our basic marketing package includes a professional yard sign, an MLS listing (which syndicates to hundreds of sites such as Zillow, Realtor.com, and Trulia), and targeted social media posts on Facebook and Instagram.
Because of this widespread exposure, how your home is presented online is crucial. We ensure that both the photos and written descriptions are crafted to make the strongest possible impact.
